In Radacct table od Radius
acctstoptime ,acctSessionTime,connectinfo_start,conecctinfo_stop ,
these entities are insert as null, But AcctStartTime is inserting.
openser does not generate CDRs via RADIUS, but just the START and STOP
events which you need to put together to get CDRs.
