make install
the database tables created with
/usr/local/sbin/kamdbctl create
and then start kamailio with
kamctl start
the output on cmd is :
gateway2:/usr/local/sbin # kamctl start
INFO: Starting Kamailio :
ERROR: PID file /var/run/kamailio.pid does not exist -- Kamailio start
failed
This is a common error when kamailio is compiled and installed with
different prefixes. Search the mailing list to see how to fix this.
