Barry, You shouldn't need to delete pending users by hand. If it's not being done automatically, something's wrong. Sure SER is running and is accessing the fifo? Try this command as root: fuser -v /tmp/ser_fifo It ought to list quite a few SER processes running. If you'd like commercial help getting this fixed, I can ssh into your server and take a look if you like. It wouldn't be very much. Drop me an email off list if you're interested.
