If i want to install openser+freeradius+mysql
i need to install
both RPM's
openser-mysql
openser-radius
If you are connecting from openser directly to mysql, you need
openser-mysql, if you are connection from openser directly to radiu,
you need openser-radius. If you are connection to both, you need both
of them.
