Asterisk is sending that because of that record-route. I think you need to
add your record-route:
https://kamailio.org/docs/modules/5.1.x/modules/rr.html#record-route-id-dev

Hi David, the 200 Oks are attached.
I sent 2 because one of them is the 200 ok from the sip trunk gateway and
the second one is it sent from kamailio to asterisk.
