i could able to solve some kind of things where i get parse error
 
but i have still problem here
 
when i run ser

Looks like you have problem with your ser.cfg. Send it as attachment
in your next mail, so that someone can help finding faults in it.

Btw, you can try doing it yourself. For instance,

May  7 20:35:05 crm ser: parse error (90,20-21): Can't set module parameter

means that you have an error at line 90, characters 20 thorugh 21.
