[SR-Users] could not bind to the TM-Module

Hi, I have been configuring an Kamailio 3.0.1, with the dispatcher module. Everything seems to work just fine but when a gateway is in Probing mode it remains in that state for ever. checking the logs I found some weird messages, I think that is the rrot cause of the problem but I have no clue how to solve it.
