not necessarily, but dialog statefulness in the proxy is not necessarily
a good idea. for example, there is always a tradeoff between
scalability and dialog statefulness. also, if dialog stateful proxy
for any reason dies, it is more severe thing than if transaction
stateful proxy dies.
