you need first to build the rpm package. The spec file is needed just to
build the rpm. See the rpm or rpmbuild (I do not know which is used in
Suse to build packages) manual pages or just google about "build rpm" --
there is a lot of documentation on net showing how to build rpm packages
by yourself.
