interestingly i am using memory only instead to read or write the DB in disk with
carrierroute.
Should i clear the AVP variables that i am using after in send the call out, maybe that
is the problem?!

I had a similar issue some time ago. Look in the archives and you will
find som backtraces from gdb.
The problem went away when I changed the dialog module not to write to
DB but only use memory.
