[Serusers] ser 2_0_0 - Can't import dlg (find_export_record: <bind_dlg_mod> not found)

Hi, I am tring to set the presence server on SER according to the presence cookbook. when I start ser i encounter the following error with loading of the dlg library. What could be the reason for this?
