I guess you mean sipsak. Try 'sipsak -vv -s sip:IP-your-phone' from your server. But beware that this does not measure the network latency, because the SIP request (OPTIONS) has to be parsed and answered by the phone. Depending on your network environment this could be a lot. Why dont you just use ping?
