It seems increasing memory size in /etc/default/openser to 1024 didn't fix
the issue.

Hi Robert,
the memory failure is about the "PKG" or "private" memory pool, the
setting
you've quoted is about the shared memory pool. Both are seperated. Try to
increase the private memory pool as well, you can specifiy it (in the old
version you use) in the config.h file before the compilation.
