yes when the extention not available  ( i mean not logged in)

i want record to voice message for that use, so iam sending user to Asterisk voice mail system

 

iam getting 484 error

This is overlap dialling, you are dialing an incomplete extension.

In Asterisk 1.4 - the soon-to-be-released release, you can disable
overlap dialling support in Asterisk. With that version (current svn
trunk) you will get a proper error message, indication that extension
is not found.
