I see no #define....
I don't know if that's any use to you.

could you see if the file /usr/include/xmlrpc.h make used of
XMLRPC_WANT_INTERNAL_DECLARATIONS define? it is used by mi_xmlrpc
module to access some inside structure form libxmlrpc.
