That means that either INVITE was replied with a negative reply (code >
299), or you account a different method than INVITE, ACK, BYE, or
CANCEL.
Try to disable accounting of missed calls you you want to get rid of
these records or make sure that you set accounting flag only for INVITE,
ACK, BYE, and CANCEL messages.
