Yay technical board!
Now, we just need some sort of strange situation which the community
members can't agree upon so that the technical board can step in and
rule on something!

Although, it's somewhat of an odd situation in that Raphael is,
technically, a candidate for SEMS representative (a spot which was
filled) and Martin a candidate for community representative (a spot
which has one opening), so my impression is that, since there are
supposed to be general community representatives for SER, Raphael
shouldn't be included in the tie category.
I have no problems with that! I am definitly not reprensentative of the
general community, that's true.
