Hi Igor,
no, normally you've enough CPU cores that one for the mysql replication job
should be available. And normally you don't replicate several mbit/s to the
disk in a configured environment.

the p_usrloc module supports this functionality, and you can also configure
different connections with the db_cluster module, i think.
