Hi,
I believe user must be in "subscriber" table. And attached .wav file which contain voice message will be sent to e-mail address which is specified "email_address" column of "subscriber" table. So once you use "serctl add user password email@address", then you could use voicemail for the user.

What tables in the database should the user be in, in order to get a voicemail? I have it in table "grp". Is it right?
