WOW changing grp to 1 fixed the issue.
So , why can it not be zero ?
Because allow_source_address_group() [*] function returns as integer
the value of "grp" column and any module exported function returning 0
means that the request/response processing terminates inmediately. In
fact, the default value of "grp" column is 1 (check the table schema).
