find out why your ua is sending register requests so frequently (every
few seconds). perhaps it is not receiving the 200 ok that kamailio is
sending.
if it is receiving 200 ok, then it should increment cseq for the same
callid when it send the next register request, but it does not do so,
which violates rfc3261.
