[Users] I got an error 478,what can i do?

Hi,everyone! I have installed openser 1.2 via aptitude from openser.org, and then I config openser follow the install manual( http://www.openser.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=26… with mysql was be installed and databases and tables was create by openser_mysql.sh.
