You have to load and configure msrp module -- it is new in upcoming release (3.3.0, planned to be out about mid of June): http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/devel/modules/msrp.html Have you tried with it as well? I developed the current version, but had no good clients I could test with at that time, so I used mainly network sending tools to simulate msrp traffic.
