I just tried 'make cfg MEMDBG=1' and the -DDBG_QM_MALLOC is there (you
can check config.mak).
Do a make proper before.

can you paste the

(that's an upper case i).

for some reason MEMDBG does not show up in the flags although for sure
it was on the make line:
