Thanks a lot for the information.
In openser.org I tried downloading uac module with version 0.9.0 (as
there is no
other module for version 0.9.4) but the link is broken. Can someone plese tell
me where can I get uac module for ser 0.9.4 or this is under any other module
in 0.9.4 version?

The only way you can probably do that is with the UAC module. Don't
waste anymore time trying to do rewrites. Authentication does not work
that way. I can't tell you how to use the UAC module because I have
never tried it but there should be plently of info if you search the
mailing list.
