No additional calls can be processed after certain time, or maybe some amount of calls.
we were unable to isolate the problem, but kamailio.fifo is removed, which never happened

No core dump created.
did anybody have a similar issue.
I had a similar issue some time ago. Look in the archives and you will
find som backtraces from gdb.
The problem went away when I changed the dialog module not to write to
DB but only use memory.
