Hello,
siremis is only a web interface to kamailio database, not to its configuration file. You have to configure Kamailio in order to do the SIP routing you need.
From kamailio point of view, if the gsm gateway is going to register
with username and password, you just have to add the corresponding username/password in the subscriber table.
