You should read the admin guide at http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/seruser/seruser.html completly. Once you have read it all, configuring and understanding ser will be much easier.

If i wnat to change the udp/TCP IP and Aliases from where i can change? Because i have multi IPs in the same server and i want to use the public IP.
Please let me know if there is such as tutorial and configurations guide is available?
