in my SIP UA that iptel
SIP proxy dropped our ACK
in double hold case.
Unfortunately, I can't register to public iptel SIP proxy at iptel.org
due to our NAT box has some problem.

install a same SIP proxy at our local networking.
Is there any special config in SIP proxy at iptel.org?
we use somewhat modified OOB.
