[Serusers] Voicemail using problem

Hi, all, I have set up a SER server, and configered it correctly. I installed the SERWEB, and it run correctly. All the problems were resolved with the help of Jan Janak and other warmhearted guys. Now I have a question about Voicemail: In the SERWEB user interface, the followings appeared after i login. In the voicemail interface , i can upload greeting and download greeting correctly. But how i use the voicemail function? Need I install some other module to enable it, sems? If i use a softphone, how can i send a voicemail to my friends? Thanks.
