Use The below steps to install mysql and create database:
1) yum install mariadb-server mariadb 2) systemctl start mariadb.service 3) systemctl enable mariadb.service 4) mysql
5) nano -w /usr/local/etc/kamailio/kamctlrc 6) DBENGINE=MYSQL 7) /usr/local/sbin/kamdbctl create
