For the time being, I use the RPMs from

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/kamailio:/v4.4.x-rpms/RHEL_7/

 

How it is/will be possible to get your patch for verification?

please use master - I have just committed a patch. Daniel, could you please backport? is there a howto on how to backport a commit to previous versions?
