AFAIK, there were updates to table structure in lcr, permissions and
maybe carrierroute. We have to collect them to help people migrate to
Kamailio 3.0 and sip router.

ping column is no longer in the gw table,
probably was removed since 1.5
and kamctl not updated...
as i mentioned earlier, i don't consider ctl a viable option in
configuring lcr module. there is simple too many fields in the tables.
