What I’m trying to do is…

My Retail user connect to my SIP server by a PBX or a Softphone

The SIP will make a Authentication of my user on my MySQL database.

When the user make a call it need to be sent to my Whole sale server which is a MERA Server

The Mera will make all the routing to my Cisco Routers and then to my PSTN or other Carriers
