for the moment maybe you can combine the condition of is_audio_on_hold() with sdp_with_active_media("audio")

Otherwise I agree that the is_audio_on_hold() should be fixed to support both rfcs.modules/5.1.x/modules/sdpops. html#sdpops.f.sdp_with_active_ media
