Hello,

I have been trying since yesterday to download the ser_0.9.6-0.1. tar.gz with the following command:

wget ftp://iptel.org/pub/ser/0.9.6/packages/debian/ser_0.9.6.-0.1.tar.gz and I get connecting to iptel.org xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: 21 . . .: Connection timed out

Can anyone offer another site to download from line command this package.
