Because you have another SIP entity (a "smart" router living at 192.168.1.106?) between your client (at 192.168.1.102) and the proxy (at 81.21.33.35 - don't know what kind is, it doesn't insert "Server" header, as SER does) which does Record-Routing with the private IP.

  it is sending to private ip adress with complete wrong adressing like sip: 192.168.1.106:5060 SIP/2.0.

i think it has to be like sip:phonenumber@192.168.1.106
