Use the 'domain' module for "is-for-my-domain" tests, see its README,
and set use_domain parameter in usrloc/registrar modules. Authentication
parameters specifying realm should be left empty ("") -- realm will be
then generated from SIP messages. It would be certainly worth having
it documented -- volunteers are invited to do so.
