thanks for your reply. I'll dig in old mails but If you can give me some
idea or pointer that will be really great b'coz its a production machine. Im
getting this error very frequently.

You've run out of memory....you should start SER with more memory.
There are thousands of answers to start SER with more memory than the
default one. I recommend you to dig into the archives to get an idea of how
SER uses mem and how to tune it.
