I pushed another commit. I tested a few cases:
sipexer -vl 3 -from-uri "sip:@127.0.0.1"
sipexer -vl 3 -from-uri "sip:@127.0.0.1#123"
sipexer -vl 3 -from-uri "sip:a@127.0.0.1#123"
All fail the uri parser. Before, the #123 was not caught because of the
parser state for "sip:@..." case.
