Server is working now for multiple user Authentication & credentials..
there seems to be a bug in the OpenSER with respects online users updation.
ul show username updates immediately but online will not.

the query inside the openserctl looks to be failing.
bingo. you are right. you have to configure openserctl to use the proper
username/password.
take a look at /etc/openser/openserctlrc
