Can you enable module level logs by adding - ``` modparam("debugger", "mod_hash_size", 5) modparam("debugger", "mod_level_mode", 1) modparam("debugger", "mod_level", "dialog=4") ```

As a test that dialog is initialized, can you call (say) - `dlg_bye("callee");` and confirm "bye" worked and issue is with refer only.
