Overlapping functions

Hi friends! For a few releases we’ve had the http_query and the http_client_query functions that are the same in two modules. I would like to get permission to remove the old function from the utils module. We said that this would happen earlier and I would like to clean this up before the 5.0 release. Cheers, /O
