[Users] Force MediaProxy only in PSTN GW

Dear List, I'm deleted many things in OpenSER and reconfigured it : * clients behind ADSL Routers so NATted clients, since we apply for forwarding for port 5060 in each modem, they can register with SER and they can talk with each others, voice traffic does not pass through OpenSER which is good and preferred :) * i have already set up mediaproxy but stopped it to make this experiment with OpenSER, but i will start it again for case : If a client needs to call PSTN, the voice should go from client to OpenSER (no MediaProxy) and from OpenSER to PSTN (MediaProxy) Is it possible to force SER to use MediaProxy just for case of PSTN calls simply ? [Users] hello!!

hi I got a problem. I am a registered user of one SER and i want to make a call to the registered user of another SER. That SER trusts my IP address. Both are behind NAT. But i get a error of inauthorised user from the other server. Can u pls help me establish this call. I kno I will need mediaproxy but RTP sessions does'nt get active. pls help me. [Serusers] serctl start|stop|restart

Hi all, The first few times I do START STOP or RESTART, everything works fine. But after that, it gives the following: [root@linux ~]# serctl stop Stopping SER : /usr/local/sbin/serctl: line 614: kill: (8771) - No such process stopped [root@linux ~]# [root@linux ~]# serctl start Starting SER : PID file exists! (/var/run/ser.pid) already running? [root@linux ~]# [root@linux ~]# serctl restart Stopping SER : /usr/local/sbin/serctl: line 627: kill: (8771) - No such process stopped Starting SER : PID file exists! (/var/run/ser.pid) already running? How can I solve it? Thanks, Marc

[Serusers] fix_socket_list: could not rev. resolve .....

Hi I'm new to Linux and SER so bear with me :) Yesterday I installed FC4 and SER (tar.gz). SER runs OK and I was able to capture some packets with Ethereal. However, this morning SER is not working. I didn't change anything in the config file. The line 'fifo=/tmp/ser_fifo' still in the config file. What should I do to make SER run again? And please explain what 'Segmentation fault' in ser -c means. Thank you. Hi, I have just upgaraded to ser-0.9.0 from ser-0.8.11. Do I need to upgrade my serweb also to a later version.
