Thanks I have remove the default admin account and added phone number as my account. Now xlite is registered with the phone number I created. I actually have mediaproxy running, but still getting those errors related to the mediaproxy. # ps -auxww | grep media root 57346 0.0 0.5 6140 5332 ?? I renamed it to mediaproxy.ini, restarted mediaproxy.py, but still getting the same error. The phone number field in the subscriber table is only used by SERWEB. I believe the "username" column name is better than "phone" because in SIP, the idea of a telephone number is being blurred. The mediaproxy errors are a result of your script calling a mediaproxy function but mediaproxy isn't running. This can be downloaded thanks to AG Projects from http://ag-projects.com/MediaProxy.html The src_leg / dst_leg errors are a result of you trying to save additional (accounting) fields into the "acc" and/or "missed_calls" table. This is generally used for multi-leg call accounting (for example, in a call forwarding situation where the initial callee changes to the caller .. of the forwarded call). You will have to manually add these column to the acc and missed_calls tables (varchar(64)) should be fine for most purposes. [OpenSER-Users] No sound

Hello When I'm behind NAT or the other user is behind NAT sometimes calls don't connect and there is never sound when a call is placed. I think this is a issue with NAT right? Is there any solution to this? -- Thank You

Thanks for your suggestion. I don't wanna mess up the package in freebsd. Actually when I added the colnum uuid, my xlite program is able to register with the default admin user in the 'subscriber' table. I also used openserctl created my account name with password, but in the subscriber table, I found the phone number field is empty. Do you know how to create a phone number for a newly created user account? eg. openserctl sam passwd sam(a)my.dot.com create my openser account, but how to add a phone number to my account? I've found that the current development version is very stable and you might want to give it a try. If you are going to stay with 1.2.2, then you might want to try dropping the openser database, then recreate it and keep a close eye out for any errors. After the database has been rebuilt, check the subscriber table. I believe it used to have a uuid column (the current development version does not have a uuid column). The ha1 field is the encrypted password and is probably used in your config during the registration of your xlite phones. Without a successful registration, it's unlikely you will be able to complete any calls. A quick look at the database structures from the online doc at: http://openser.org/dokuwiki/doku.php shows that the subscriber table had a uuid column in 1.0.x, but in 1.2.x that column is gone. Is it possible that the openser database was created with version 1.2.x but you are running openser 1.0.x ? Hi, I found some comment in the openser.cfg file mentioned that I need to create the uuid manually. After created, I can register the default admin account from xlite now. But I can't find any instruction about how to create my own user login. The openserctl command does not describe hwo to create user's phone number. I can create user and their password using openserctl, but have no clue about how to create their phone number. Hi all. I'm just new to openser, and this list. I implemented a load balance server, but I'm getting some trouble with this 473 response from openser. I inserted a fake uri to test how the load balance server would handle the problem. Ok, it tries to send the request, fails, and then goes to the failure route. There, it goes to the next route. Next time the server tries to send the request to the fake uri, I'm getting the 473 response. Yes, the fake uri is black listed. But how should we be able to treat this error? Instead of immediatly returning this message to the UA, I'd like openser to go to the next uri found in the list. I'd prefer not to disable the blacklist function. I saw that other people had the same problem, but I couldn't find any final solution. Am I missing something or is it a bug? I'm posting my code just below.
