[Users] CVS 31.03, TLS and dead tcp child

Hello, I'm new to openSer and wondered if there was any resolution to this post??? I'm hitting this same crash with openSer (with TLS enabled) using a Snom phone (300 with latest Beta firmware - snom300-6.5-SIP-j.bin). I've gone through the archives looking for help getting this setup working. I've also tried the Snom Softphone with the same result. First of all: It's not considered polite to send direct mails for topics which ought to be directed to the mailing list... Try to go to www.onsip.org and download the getting started document, which has a good explanation and several examples for configuring. It is targeted to SER but your openser version should be really close to the config files explained in the getting started document...You might have to adapt some syntax so you would have to check the logs when you start openser. Hi all, I find a way to show all result for accounting page. I don't want to split it in some pages. So I find in "method.get_acc_entries" the parameter. I write false instead of true. Then I see all entries for the query, but there is always the split in some pages. So for each pages I have all result (lol). Someone have an idea ? Regards.

[Serusers] SER with a Gateway

Hi all, We use SER with a PSTN gateway. My problem is : Although I see my caller ID in result of "show isdn history", my interco provider says that he must put the principal number by default because we don't put the good signalisation for ETSI PRI with the caller ID. That's why on the calling phone, it's not the caller id wich is show on. Someone have an idea ? Is it a problem from SER or Gateway according to you ? (I try to contact Cisco support for this problem too). Regards

The version 0.10.99 of presence snapshot core dumps on a regular basis after running for a certain time. [Serusers] BYEs are not written to acc if gateway sends BYEs resulting from RTP timeout

Hi all, I've implemented RTP timeout in the gateway that I use along with Ser, to be able to overpass problems of wrong accounting resulting from power or network failure of some UA. This is apparently working fine as my gateway sends to Ser BYE messages after the established timeout, although only now I realised that Ser doesn't account those BYE messages!!! Why? Following ser.cfg code, I can see that the execution reads the setflag(1) that I use for accounting, but it seems that Ser doesn't care for these BYEs!! Any help would be much appreciated.
