Looks like your client is either not configured to use relay or it doesn't
support relay!!
check if the client you are using supports msrp relay extension (rfc 4976).
And if it does then you need to configure it's ip:port properly at your
client side too.
If you configured it properly then network message flow must resemble the
sequence diagram shown here

Also you would notice your INVITE contains two space separated path nodes
instead of one
"a=path:msrp://192.168.2.52:51334/970107926;tcp"
