Because you have another SIP entity (a "smart" router living at
192.168.1.106?) between your client (at 192.168.1.102) and the proxy (at
81.21.33.35 - don't know what kind is, it doesn't insert "Server"
header, as
SER does) which does Record-Routing with the private IP.
