Sorry for late response, but:

In your dial-peer statement, make sure you have a "application session" in both the POTS incoming dial-peer, and in the VoIP outgoing peer.

I use a cisco 2600 as PSTN gateway and I cannot transfer correctly a call.

When the 2600 receive a call, the call is directed to a first 7960 and then I want to transfer this call to an other 7960 .
