I don't understand how the ser server manages the resource lists. When one contact of the resource list changes the state (via publish), how does the rls module notify this change to all subscribers of the list? Does the rls module implement the draft-ietf-simple-event-list-07 draft ("A SIP Event Notification Extension for Resource Lists")?
